- Location: Villa 63, Vinhomes Golden River, Ton Duc Thang Road, District 1, HCM City.
- Working time: Monday – Friday; 10:00 – 19:00
II_JOB OBJECTIVES
● Conceptualization with strategic mindset: collaborate effectively with cross-team (planner & account team) to take creative brief & distill abstract business concepts and client needs into practical & out of the box creative solutions.
● Generate clear ideas and concepts in alignment with the copywriter
● Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
● Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects.
● Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
● Inspiring and motivating the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work.
● Taking ownership of the visual elements of creative works within a set of time.
● Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.
● Supervise production/ vendor team to ensure good quality of visual deliverables
● Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team
● Present completed ideas to clients/team members
● Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
● Technology/ Trend-watching: stay current with mobile/ digital trends locally & globally to upgrade team knowledge and translate them into innovation among creative works
● Thought-leadership: team up with CEO/planning team to invent a creative library covering best creative practices, case studies or new discoveries to speak at private or industry
● Corporate identity development: lead ideation for Root’s & other new business brand’s brand identity that is well resonated with its positioning
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
● Broad understanding of marketing design and layout.
● Ability to generate a reliable supply of original ideas and visual concepts
● Confidence to explain and support your thinking, both internally and externally
● Flexible approach and willingness to adapt your ideas to the needs of clients.
● Passion for advertising and commercial art
● A keen eye for visual details and accuracy
● Resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
● Good awareness of design trends, digital media, and evolving online platforms
● Innovative approach to the media and the ways in which advertising is carried
● Ability to execute ideas into reality with multiple ranges of creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Sketch, Blender, pen & papers, etc.
