II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Brandformance strategic Planner (1 position)
Platform audit & innovation
● Review and analyze web-based performance of all digital assets (website, social channels) in terms of technical features, branding impact, content persuasion to propose optimization plan for full digital ecosystem
● Diagnose functionality, usability and content quality of APP platform to propose improvements for sitemap, UI/UX
● Research category-led app trends, mobile consumer behaviors, app ranking data, app performance market benchmark to propose strategic direction for new platform concept or new functional ideas
Growth planning
● Apply data learning from tracking & marketing platform (GA, APPA, Appsflyer, 3rd party creative testing and analytics) in generating strategic implication and campaign optimization
● Mobile app Full Funnel Growth strategy planning (covering ideas, activities, media & content) across acquisition, activation, convert, retention and referral stages
● Coordinate with creative and content team to generate gamification ideas (entry-regain- upgrading- loyalty) tailored to different growth stage & flexibly adapt changes upon data learning
IMC Strategic Planner (1 Position)
Brand & Communication planning
● Translate client’s briefing into well-defined business challenges and communication objectives
● Delve into media data to gauge digital consumer purchase journey and proper digital touchpoints feeding for communicatioh strategy
● Utilize research methodologies to analyze 3C’s, TA personas, actionable insights & formulate brand/ campaign proposition
● Collaborate with subordinates & account team to drive inspiring creative briefing session
● Lay out thematic & tactical creative ideas in an overarching communication roadmap, identifying role of digital-driven communication channels, setting guidelines for media strategies
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
● 2-3 year experience in brand & communication planning (IMC or Digital agency) or
● 2-3 year experience in digital planning/ growth marketer/ growth hacker
● Familiar with tracking and analysis platform
● Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
● A persuasive and creative approach to strategic proposal
● Excellent communication skills
● Effective cross-team coordination
● A keen attention to detail and timescales
● Familiarity with planning & creative processes and techniques – including digital media
