I_OVERVIEW

  • Position: BD&Account Manager
  • Department: Account
  • Location: No 142 Le Duan, Kham Thien, Dong Da, HN
  • Working time: Monday – Friday; 9:00 – 18:00

II_JOB OBJECTIVES

60% – Project/ Client management

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand the client’s business, brand, and objectives to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress and gather feedback.

Project Management:

  • Manage creative projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to align efforts with client goals.
  • Monitor project milestones, potential risks, and resource allocation.

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability.
  • Track project expenses, approve invoices, and manage scope changes

Performance Reporting and Analysis:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide clients with performance reports.
  • Recommend optimizations for ongoing projects based on feedback and KPIs.

40% – New Business development (Brandformance & IMC projects)

Sales & Marketing Planning:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Study OMverse group’s credential to initiate integrated/ innovative solution leveraging on FanE & other member company’s strength.
  • Coordinate with Brandformance team for company advertising, event planning & ad contest participation
  • Build & update weekly sale pipeline report with detailed customer database & progress

Sales Execution:

  • Meet up with new clients to explore business needs and conduct internal briefing
  • Attend workshops/ networking events to acquire more new customers and increase FanE’s brand presence
  • Assist in pitches and proposals by client expectation diagnosising and strategic consulting
  • To achieve sales target and Key Performance Indicators set.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals

III_JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Background: International/ Big Local Advertising/ digital creative/ digital media agencies.

2. Experience:

At least 4-5 years of working experience in the Advertising/ Digital creative agency

Previous position: Account Manager cum Business Development Manager/ Account Manager (sale involved)

3. Knowledge

Digital planning and execution are required

IMC planning and execution (from ATL to BTL) are preferred

4. Skills

Master in Client Service

Strong project management skills

Proficient in English

5. Personality/ Attitude

Strong ownership and leadership

Teamwork

Ambitious and love challenging

Eager to learn new knowledge

6. Education: University Degree & above
