- Position: Senior Social Outreach Specialist
- Location: Villa 63, Vinhomes Golden River, 02 Ton Duc Thang Road, Saigon ward, HCM City.
- Working time: Monday – Friday; 10:00 – 19:00.
II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Role Summary:
This role manages influencer and UGC collaborations to boost brand credibility, engagement, and social proof across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and evaluate KOLs, micro-influencers, and UGC creators by campaign.
– Handle negotiations, content guidelines, and campaign timelines.
– Monitor campaign performance (CPM, ER, EMV, ROI).
– Coordinate with creative and media teams for content integration.
– Report on influencer marketing outcomes and optimize future outreach.
– Negotiate and manage bookings, contracts, and payments with KOLs, creators, and online communities.
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
– 2–3 years in influencer marketing or social outreach roles.
– Strong network of creators across categories (beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, etc.).
– Skilled in performance evaluation and influencer engagement.
