II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Fan E is in need of a Senior Designer who is responsible for the craftsmanship of everything delivered. He/She/They/Them is willing to push the boundaries of design. Yes we do key visuals, yes we do social posts, but also yes we do UI on Figma or design blueprints to mass-produce packaging or products, too. The Senior Designer we’re looking for will also connect internal teams effectively to ensure the high quality of each project and coaching the junior team members.
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
- 4-5+ years of working experience in the Agencies/Studios with which at least 2 year of experience in the required position.
- Fluent with A.I models, Adobe Suite
- Strong in design foundations
- Great at teamwork
- Ambitious and eager to learn new knowledge world
- Strong at either idea or craftsmanship, or both
- Strong project and team management skills
- Proficient in English is a plus
- Familiar with finance or business is another big plus
- Ambitious and eager to learn new knowledge
