- Position: Business Development Manager (Brandformance & BrandCommerce)
- Department: Business Development / Client Service
- Location: Villa 63, Vinhomes Golden River, 02 Ton Duc Thang Road, Saigon ward, HCM City.
- Working time: Monday – Friday; 10:00 – 19:00.
II_JOB OBJECTIVES
New Business Development
- Identify, approach, and close new client leads for both Brandformance & BrandCommerce verticals
- Develop pitch strategies and coordinate with solution teams to craft winning proposals
- Lead negotiations, contract closure, and onboarding.
Account & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients across both service scopes
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, ops, tech partners) to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and e-commerce metrics; prepare reports and insights for clients
- Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and growth stages.
Strategic Solution Development
- Understand client business deeply: industry, audience, product, sales funnel, business goal & positioning
- Collaborate with product/strategy teams to tailor Brandformance & BrandCommerce solutions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, tools, platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, AI tools, n8n, etc.).
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
- 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles (account management, BD, strategy) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or creative agencies
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Amazon, etc.) is big plus
- Solid communication and consultative selling skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate internal resources
- Data-driven, structured, and fluent in presentation/reporting
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
