II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Fan E is in need of Account Manager who is responsible for the ownership of overseeing client’s projects by leading and monitoring our 360° Communication Campaign. He/ She has to connect both client & internal teams effectively to ensure the high quality of each project. The role of this position also includes coaching the junior team members. All descriptions are described as below:
- 65% – Project/ Client management
- 30% – Coaching direct team
- 5% – Learning new knowledge and skill set
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
- 4-5 years of working experience in the Advertising/Digital creative agency with which at least 2 year of experience in the required position
- Understanding of digital planning and execution is required; that of IMC planning and execution (from ATL to BTL) are preferred
- Strong client services and project management skills
- Proficient in English
- Strong leadership skill, great at teamwork
- Ambitious and eager to learn new knowledge.
