[HCM-FANE] TUYỂN DỤNG ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

I_OVERVIEW

  • Position: Account Executive
  • Department: Account
  • Location: Villa 62, Vinhome Golden River, Ton Duc Thang Road, District 1, HCM City.
  • Working time: Monday – Friday; 9:30 – 18:30 or 10:00 – 19:00

II_JOB OBJECTIVES

Objectives of this role:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Manage communications between upper management and employees
  • Keep the line manager updated on the state of tasks & alert the line manager on potential issues relating to the assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  • Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors

III_JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus.
  • Client service skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organized, and be able to multitask accurately.
  • Understanding of branding and communications preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit.

IV_REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus.
  • At least 1 years of experience in account role reporting directly to upper management
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
  • Proficiency with Bitrix, Notion, Monday.com…using digital tools in work.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
