- Position: Account Executive
- Department: Account
- Location: Villa 62, Vinhome Golden River, Ton Duc Thang Road, District 1, HCM City.
- Working time: Monday – Friday; 9:30 – 18:30 or 10:00 – 19:00
II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Objectives of this role:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Manage communications between upper management and employees
- Keep the line manager updated on the state of tasks & alert the line manager on potential issues relating to the assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects
- Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
III_JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus.
- Client service skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organized, and be able to multitask accurately.
- Understanding of branding and communications preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit.
IV_REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of digital marketing and sales is a plus.
- At least 1 years of experience in account role reporting directly to upper management
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs and negotiate costs and services
- Proficiency with Bitrix, Notion, Monday.com…using digital tools in work.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
