- Position: Key Account Manager (BrandCommerce)
- Department: Account
- Location: Villa 63, Vinhomes Golden River, 02 Ton Duc Thang Road, Saigon ward, HCM City.
- Working time: Monday – Friday; 10:00 – 19:00.
II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Role Summary:
The Key Account Manager (BrandCommerce) is responsible for managing cross-border e-commerce clients, overseeing multi-channel GTM execution, operations coordination, and performance tracking across marketplaces and D2C. This role ensures brand growth by aligning internal teams, partners, and client objectives into a seamless export commerce strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the primary liaison with clients to understand business goals and export plans.
– Develop and manage GTM plans across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, and D2C.
– Coordinate internal teams (creative, media, ops, livestream, fulfillment) for smooth campaign execution.
– Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
– Maintain strong client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
III_JOB REQUIREMENT
– Minimum 3 years in account management or e-commerce roles.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and cross-border trade.
– Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
