- Working time: Monday – Friday; 9:30 – 18:30 or 10:00 – 19:00
II_JOB OBJECTIVES
Planning Trainee / Junior support the team in developing the Brandformance strategy, communications plan, creative briefs, cross-team briefs through the following tasks:
- Category Assessments: Evaluate industries, market trends, behaviors, and media trends.
- Analyzing competitors based on their omnichannel activities and branding strategies
- Consumer Research: Use surveys, interviews, and sentiment analysis for insights.
- Media Data Analysis: Study digital consumer journeys for communication strategies.
- Creative Input: Contribute to brainstorming and creative development.
- Support Assist in team’s tasks and gain valuable skills and knowledge through on-the-job training.
III_JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Third year or last year who can work full-time at least 6 months
- A background in Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Planning is preferred
- Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods is a must-have
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Comfortable using Excel and Powerpoint.
- A basic understanding of communication marketing concepts and practices.
- Exhibit strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
