On the afternoon of June 7, 2024, the first training session within the framework of OMverse’s 2024 Internal Training Program officially took place. Under the guidance of Mr. Andy Dang – Director of Omega Media Ho Chi Minh City Branch, OMverse’s members in two offices in Hanoi and HCMC have gained a lot of useful knowledge about the Overview of Media channels.
The 2024 Internal Training Program aims to build a team who are knowledgeable and professional, ready for every pitching session, and campaign… with customers. This year’s program content was especially proposed by OMverse’s members, focusing on properly solving professional problems that arise during practical work, while also developing soft skills which are necessary for work.
This program takes place at a fixed time, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. every Friday, starting from June 7. The training content will be divided into two sessions, including Communication – Media and IMC Campaign.
In the session on Communication – Media, OMverse’s members will learn together about the Overview of Media channels; the Media plan process and how to coordinate channels in the media plan; and the Competitiveness of advertising channels deployed by Omega Media.
With the section on IMC Campaigns, OMversers will be guided through an Overview of a basic IMC campaign; Steps and how to implement a complete IMC plan; and OMverse’s competitiveness and points of difference.
The content of the 2024 Internal Training Program is practical, contributing to improving the knowledge of OMverse’s members about products and services, and is the foundation to help them break through and develop strongly in their future careers.
